What we collect
Your email address, when you sign up. When you connect your Etsy shop, Etsy shares your shop ID and name, plus your order and payment data (sales, fees, and line items) so we can calculate your profit. We only ever request read access — Ambeo can never edit your listings, orders, or shop.
How it's used
Your Etsy sales data is used solely to calculate and display profit per listing on your own dashboard. It's never shared with any other user, and never sold or used for advertising.
Third parties we use
Etsy (source of your shop and sales data, via their official API), Supabase (database and login), Stripe (subscription payments — we never see or store your card details), and Vercel (hosting). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.
Data retention
Your account and synced data are kept while your account is active. You can disconnect your Etsy shop or request full account deletion at any time by contacting us below.
